The Curtis Stone UV Knife Block and Cutting Board Holder helps to sanitize and dry your kitchen tools by exposing your cutting boards, knives and scissors to UV for 30 minutes at a 1.9" distance. You can select from automatic or manual modes. The block body includes three cutting boards, and also holds four knives and a pair of scissors.
